- 1 cup cooked carrots130 g
- 3/4 cup of milk150 ml
- 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine100 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast10 g
- 1 teaspoon of salt6 g
- 2 tablespoons of sugar30 g
- 7 1/2 cups all-purpose flour750 g
- Turkey breast to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Sesame to taste
- Egg for brushing1 unit(s)
- In the blender place 3 eggs, milk, salt, sugar, butter or margarine, cooked carrots, dry yeast and beat well for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the liquid to a bowl and gradually add the wheat, stirring.
- Transfer the dough to a bench and knead well until it forms a smooth and homogeneous dough that no longer sticks to your hands.
- Return the dough to the bowl, cover and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Separate 15 portions of the dough, open each portion with a rolling pin, add the stuffing and roll up.
- Arrange the loaves on a large tray, cover with plastic and let rise again until doubled in volume.
- Brush with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
