  • 1 cup cooked carrots130 g
  • 3/4 cup of milk150 ml
  • 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine100 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast10 g
  • 1 teaspoon of salt6 g
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar30 g
  • 7 1/2 cups all-purpose flour750 g
  • Turkey breast to taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese to taste
  • Sesame to taste
  • Egg for brushing1 unit(s)
  1. In the blender place 3 eggs, milk, salt, sugar, butter or margarine, cooked carrots, dry yeast and beat well for 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer the liquid to a bowl and gradually add the wheat, stirring.
  3. Transfer the dough to a bench and knead well until it forms a smooth and homogeneous dough that no longer sticks to your hands.
  4. Return the dough to the bowl, cover and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  5. Separate 15 portions of the dough, open each portion with a rolling pin, add the stuffing and roll up.
  6. Arrange the loaves on a large tray, cover with plastic and let rise again until doubled in volume.
  7. Brush with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
