Em uma vasinha coloque o fermento, o açúcar, a farinha de trigo, a água morna e deixe crescer.

In a small bowl, place the yeast, sugar, wheat flour, warm water and let it rise.

Acrescente o óleo, o ovo e a farinha (até o ponto de enrolar)

Add the oil, egg and flour (until it rolls up)

Enrole os pãezinhos pequeno e coloque o recheio (de sua preferência/ eu usei calabresa frita com queijo e presunto) pincele o pão com ovo e cubra com queijo 

Roll the buns small and put the stuffing (preferably / I used fried pepperoni with cheese and ham) brush the bread with egg and cover with cheese
