  • water or warm milk (I used the one with curd, I made it with milk)2 cup
  • salt1 tablespoon
  • sugar (if you want it sweetened, put 1 cup of sugar).3 tablespoon
  • dry yeast1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour, until set (I used 1 kilo and 200)0 to taste
  1. Beat the eggs together with the margarine and sugar, then add the warm milk and the yeast, mix gently.
  2. Then add the oil and salt, finally the wheat little by little, until you give the point (until it comes off your hands).
  3. Place in a bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.
  4. After that time, divide the dough into 3 parts, open the dough well with a rolling pin.
  5. Grate the mortadella and place it in the open dough, close it, pressing lightly.
  6. Note: I only put stuffing on one loaf.
  7. Put it in the greased shape with oil, let it rise until it doubles in volume, brush with yolk and a little milk.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 to 40 minutes.
