  • Filet Mignon200 g
  • Basil100 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Black olives50 g
  • Grana Padano cheese60 g
  • Bread sliced with circular rim200 g
  • Sicilian lemon zest to taste
  1. Chop the mignon with the tip of the knife until it is in small cubes according to the texture of your preference. Also chop the black olives. Reserve.
  2. Mix the mignon, the olive, the lemon tapas, the padano money.
  3. Add a little extra virgin olive oil to taste. Taste and, if necessary, adjust salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble by placing the bread on the base and the steak tartar on top.
