- Olive bread or Portuguese or Italian bread to taste
- Standard Minas cheese to taste
- Gorgonzola cheese to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cherry Tomatoes to taste
- Basil to taste
- Cut the bread with olives into slices (calculate 1.5 per person).
- Put a drizzle of olive oil, a slice of standard Minas cheese, spread out pieces or crumble gorgonzola (as it is a strong cheese, I left the quantities to taste). Add tomatoes, basil, oregano and drizzle with a little more oil.
- Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Tip: Olive bread harmonizes very well with the flavor of cheeses!
