Stale bread cut into small cubes1/3 cup
Toasted cassava flour1 cup
Diced Bacon1/4 cup
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Lard2 tablespoon
Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
Sea Salt to taste

In a pan heat the lard and fry the onion until it begins to brown.
Add the bacon and fry, then add the garlic and paprika and mix, fry for 1 minute.
Add the bread and stir for another 2 minutes. Add the flour, season with salt and stir over low heat until toasted and the pieces of bread are crispy.
Transfer to another container and let cool completely before serving.
