- In a bowl mix 250g of sour starch with water at room temperature, olive oil, salt and eggs:
- Add the hot water and gradually mix the rest of the sour starch;
- Put the dough in shape, making the thread shape;
- Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
