- In a pan put the milk, oil, water and salt and bring to the fire until it boils, turn off the fire and scald the sprinkle.
- Let it cool and add the beaten eggs, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, mix well and shape the cookies into the desired shape.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
