- Boiled Spinach1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk2 cup
- Parmesan cheese2 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cook the spinach and then drain the water and cut into small pieces.
- Add the oil, garlic and onion in a pan and sauté together with the spinach. Adding salt and pepper to taste. Reserve
- For the pasta, add all the other ingredients in a bowl, along with the sautéed spinach. Fix salt and pepper.
- Add the dough in cupcake molds or other of your choice.
- Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes and then enjoy.
