  • Blanched spinach and no water1 cup
  • Blanched Kale Kale without water1/2 cup
  • Chopped chives1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Chopped sausage1 tablespoon
  • Oregano1 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Chickpea flour2 tablespoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Pinch of Sugar to taste
  1. Beat the eggs and season with salt; chili; garlic and sugar
  2. Add the flour. Mix. It gets thick
  3. Mix in the rest of the chopped ingredients.
  4. In a non-stick frying pan (greased with oil) and very hot. Spoon the mixture and flatten a little. When browned underneath, turn over with a plastic or silicone slotted spoon.
  5. You can eat them with cream cheese; Mayo; ketchup; alioli or simply alone. A delight 😋😋😋
