  • Oil of choice to taste
  • Tuna300 g
  • Pepper paste seasoning to taste
  • Sesame oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Siracha to taste
  • Shoyu to taste
  1. Cut the tuna into very small pieces. (Always keep refrigerated. I like to leave a bag with ice on top).
  2. leave oil heating
  3. Mix all the ingredients with the tuna.
  4. Cut the rice leaves into 8 pieces (as if it were a pizza cut) and fry. When placing the leaf in the oil, it should “open” quickly, without being immersed for a long time. Remove and let the oil drain.
  5. Assemble and finish with chives.
