Mini Toasts to taste
Mayonnaise1/2 cup
Bunch of Parsley (leaves only)1/3 unit(s)
Very small clove of garlic1 unit(s)
grape tomatoes to taste
Pitted Green Olives to taste
Ham slices to taste
Sticks to taste

In a processor or blender, beat the mayonnaise, parsley and garlic. Reserve.
Roll up the ham slices and cut the rolls.
Skewer 1 tomato, 1 ham roll and 1 olive on each toothpick (cut off a bit of the base to stand up).
Put some of the seasoned mayonnaise on the toast and place the toothpick on top.
