  • Milk200 ml
  • Margarine4 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 cup

  • Wheat900 g
  • Vanilla essence1 tablespoon

  2. put the yeast and give it a good mix with your hands until the dough is very smooth and doesn't stick to your hands anymore!.
  3. with the help of a scale, portion all this mass with 50G.
  4. To model, open a cord with the dough of approximately 30 cm, join the two ends and roll up to form the spiral. Place all the donuts on a form dusted with wheat flour. Book until you make it with all the dough!
  5. Before taking it to bake, brush over the yolk/milk mixture. And take it to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it's very brown!
