- Cleaned fresh manjubinhas500 g
- Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- I seasoned the manjubinhas and left them marinating for 30 minutes. I put oil in a pan until it gets hot, I passed the manjubinhas in the wheat flour, removed the excess and then in the hot oil.
- Fry very quickly, I put them all on paper towels to dry them out. Served with acebolada pepperoni, garlic and oregano toast, sweet potato chips, vinaigrette and farofa. Sauces to accompany: garlic cream, pepper and ketchup.
