  • Cleaned fresh manjubinhas500 g
  • Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. I seasoned the manjubinhas and left them marinating for 30 minutes. I put oil in a pan until it gets hot, I passed the manjubinhas in the wheat flour, removed the excess and then in the hot oil.
  2. Fry very quickly, I put them all on paper towels to dry them out. Served with acebolada pepperoni, garlic and oregano toast, sweet potato chips, vinaigrette and farofa. Sauces to accompany: garlic cream, pepper and ketchup.
