- Sliced Champignon100 g

- Shoyu to taste
- Curry to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the tofu into slices, place in a container with the soy sauce, curry, black pepper powder, salt, cumin, parsley and minced garlic for 30 minutes
- In a pan add a drizzle of oil and place the tofu, stirring well.
- Place the scrambled tofu, sliced red onion, cherry tomato, champignon and basil leaves in a refractory dish.
- Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle in oil and serve.
