Smoked Eggplant Bruschetta with Basil and Garlic

colocar na brasa as berinjelas até ela fica macia, depois que estiver macia abre com uma faca e rasque com uma colher. Bater a poulpa da berinjela com a faca até ficar bem muidinha. Acrescentar o alho bem picado, o manjericão, sal e pimenta de reino.
Colocar por cima das torradinhas tostadas e comer a vontade.
