- cook the potatoes
- Make a puree and add the egg. Mix until well incorporated
- Add the starch, salt, cheese and pepper to the mixture. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Shape using a pastry bag or whatever you prefer. Can be frozen or fried on the spot. Fry in hot oil.
