- Milk1/2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Grated Parmesan4 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Butter for greasing to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Cooked and shredded chicken2 cup
- Tomato to taste
- Corn to taste
- Tomato Extract to taste
- Cream cheese1 cup
- To make the chicken pie in the skillet, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the chicken, tomato, corn, extract, salt, parsley and sauté for 3 minutes. Mix the cheese and let it cool. Beat the eggs, butter, milk, flour, half of the Parmesan and salt in a blender. Mix the yeast with a spoon and spread it in a greased medium non-stick skillet. Spread the filling and cover with the remaining dough. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 minutes or until firm. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and cover until melted. Turn off and serve.
