Egg1 unit(s)
Butter1 dessert spoon
Milk100 ml
Sweet Casserole1 cup
Grated Cheese50 g
Sliced Cheese or Mozzarella50 g
Salt to taste

Beat the Egg and Butter. Add the Milk and beat well.
Add the starch and mix until smooth.
Add the grated cheese, chopped cheese and salt. Stir well. (The dough is not too thick)
Heat a frying pan or pan. Add a drizzle of oil and add half the dough. The heat needs to be low: when golden, turn it over and leave until golden.
If you want it juicier, don't let it brown too much.
