  • Wheat or French bread1 unit(s)
  • Tuscan sausage1 unit(s)
  • Chopped seedless tomato1/4 cup
  • Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese slice2 unit(s)
  1. Remove the skin from the sausage, knead well and mix with the tomato, chives and paprika until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Reserve.
  2. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and remove the core.
  3. Fold the cheese slices and place 1 piece on each half of the bread.
  4. Cover the two pieces of bread with the seasoned sausage dough.
  5. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and place the buns face down, sausage side down.
  6. Start by frying over high heat to seal, then lower the heat and cover the skillet to cook completely.
  7. Drip a little water if it's starting to burn. Serve immediately.
