- Flour2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- grated cheese2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Pour half of the dough in a greased medium shape, gather the stuffing of your preference, cover with the other half of the dough. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown. Tip: if you think the dough is too thick, you can add a little more milk, I prefer it consistent
- For the filling, you can use shredded chicken, sautéed and seasoned to taste, ground beef, olives, green seasoning, mozzarella cheese. Do not use a very liquid filling, this interferes with the dough, taking a long time to bake.
