- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Water3 cup
- Chicken stock2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Filling to taste to taste
- Boil the water, dissolve the broth, salt and margarine or butter.
- Add the flour, little by little, to avoid lumps, until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Let it cool and stuff it to taste.
- Fry in very hot oil, in small amounts, so they don't get soggy.
- Can be frozen.
