  4. To close you can use a fork pressing on the sides, if your dough is a little dry you can dip your finger in the water and pass the edges to help when closing
  5. When you finish closing the pastries, it's time to fry them in very hot oil, don't forget to put a plate or plate with a paper towel to absorb the frying oil.
  6. This stuffing is a simple option, but you can add green corn, boiled eggs and also change the meat for shredded chicken.
