- Salt to taste
- Stuffing (shredded chicken, cheese, tuna...) to taste
- Beat the egg well and then mix it with the tapioca gum and beat again. Place the dough in a nonstick skillet keeping the heat low.
- Slowly turn to brown the other side. Put the stuffing and serve.
