  • Turmeric to taste

  1. In a pan, boil the 3 cups of milk with a pinch of turmeric (I use it to make the dough yellow). When it boils, put the 3 cups of flour at once in the pan and stir well, quickly. The flour has to be incorporated with the milk, to cook and the dough does not taste raw.
  2. Once well incorporated, turn off the pan. Place the dough on a bench and wait for it to cool. Knead until smooth and you can fill.
  3. The stuffing I chose was shredded chicken and cream cheese. Use creativity.
  4. Model dough discs, put the stuffing in the middle and close, roll up like you would make a brigadeiro, after you form balls, just join your hands on one side of the ball and rub the dough until it forms a tip
  5. Dip in flour, dip in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. fry
  6. Enjoy your food!!!
