- Flour3 cup
- Milk3 cup
- Turmeric to taste
- Flour, egg and breadcrumbs for breading to taste
- In a pan, boil the 3 cups of milk with a pinch of turmeric (I use it to make the dough yellow). When it boils, put the 3 cups of flour at once in the pan and stir well, quickly. The flour has to be incorporated with the milk, to cook and the dough does not taste raw.
- Once well incorporated, turn off the pan. Place the dough on a bench and wait for it to cool. Knead until smooth and you can fill.
- The stuffing I chose was shredded chicken and cream cheese. Use creativity.
- Model dough discs, put the stuffing in the middle and close, roll up like you would make a brigadeiro, after you form balls, just join your hands on one side of the ball and rub the dough until it forms a tip
- Dip in flour, dip in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. fry
