- Shrimp500 g
- Catupiry200 g
- Panko Flour1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Clean the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper.
- Take a spoonful of catupiry and roll it in the flour, then wrap it in the shrimp.
- After involving the catupiry in the shrimp, pass the whole set in the wheat flour in the beaten egg and finish in the panko flour
- Take the freezer to firm for 20 min
- Deep fry in hot oil and serve
