- Wheat flour400 g
- Onion cream1 to taste
- Cold margarine200 g
- Sweet olive oil100 ml
- Peeled Shrimp500 g
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Cream cheese150 ml
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Mix wheat flour, margarine, sweet oil, onion cream and egg yolk
- Knead the dough and line the molds
- Sauté all the shrimp seasonings, mix the shrimp and add half a cup of water, before boiling put a spoon of corn starch and mix until it forms a cream.
- After turning off the heat, add the cream cheese. After cooling, fill the pies.
- Brush the pies with egg yolk and oregano until golden.
- Approximately 25 minutes in the oven at 180°
- Important leaves the stuffing dry and creamy.
