Arrange the pastry dough there.

Para o camarão 
Refogue no azeite, alho e temperos
Reserve

Saute in olive oil, garlic and seasonings

Molho branco
Derreta a manteiga em fogo médio, acrescente o trigo, mexa bem e adicione o leite aos poucos, até ficar numa consistência que dê para adicionar no camarão e não ficar ralo, sim cremoso.

White sauce
Melt the butter over medium heat, add the wheat, stir well and add the milk little by little, until it has a consistency that you can add to the shrimp and not get thin, but creamy.

Acrescente o molho branco ao camarão, misture e arrume nas trouxinhas feitas com massa de pastel.


Add the white sauce to the shrimp, mix and arrange in the bundles made with pastel dough.


Pique a mussarela e coloque por cima do molho branco.
Leve para assar até ficarem douradinhos.

Chop the mozzarella and place it on top of the white sauce.
Bake until golden.
