- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 cup
- Shredded Beef120 g
- Catupiry1/4 cup
- Spread the cheese on a heated nonstick skillet covering the bottom.
- Then add the tapioca gum and spread over the cheese.
- Stuff with the catupiry and the meat and fold in the tapioca.
- Bake over low heat until the cheese is golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
