  • White shimeji mushroom400 g
  • Breadcrumbs40 g
  • Chopped chives35 g
  • Whole wheat flour35 g
  • Coconut oil15 ml
  • soy sauce15 ml
  • Garlic20 g
  • Salt5 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. In a large pan add the chopped something and sauté until lightly browned.
  2. Wipe the shimeji mushroom with a clean cloth or paper towel and separate the stalks.
  3. Place the shimeji in the pan along with the garlic and add the soy sauce, salt and ground pepper.
  4. Cook until the water evaporates. Turn off the fire
  5. Transfer to a sieve and drain any remaining liquid.
  6. When cool, transfer to the processor and add the chives, breadcrumbs and whole wheat flour.
  7. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  8. Do not grind for a long time. The dough must be moist and be able to shape
  9. Shape your hamburgers and put them in a frying pan.
  10. Brown well on both sides and add cheese of your choice.
  11. Assemble your lunch as you wish
