- White shimeji mushroom400 g
- Breadcrumbs40 g
- Chopped chives35 g
- Whole wheat flour35 g
- Coconut oil15 ml
- soy sauce15 ml
- Garlic20 g
- Salt5 g
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large pan add the chopped something and sauté until lightly browned.
- Wipe the shimeji mushroom with a clean cloth or paper towel and separate the stalks.
- Place the shimeji in the pan along with the garlic and add the soy sauce, salt and ground pepper.
- Cook until the water evaporates. Turn off the fire
- Transfer to a sieve and drain any remaining liquid.
- When cool, transfer to the processor and add the chives, breadcrumbs and whole wheat flour.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Do not grind for a long time. The dough must be moist and be able to shape
- Shape your hamburgers and put them in a frying pan.
- Brown well on both sides and add cheese of your choice.
- Assemble your lunch as you wish
