Prepare o “molho branco”. Em uma vasilha junte o creme de leite e o requeijão, misture bem e reserve. Unte a travessa de vidro com margarina ou manteiga para deixar o pão crocante enquanto assa. Ajeite na travessa as fatias de pão com ou sem bordas. Passe uma camada fina de molho de tomate, faça uma camada de presunto e outra de muçarela, espalhe uma camada de “molho branco” e por último calabresa e cebola. Faça mais uma camada de pão de forma.

MONTAGEM DA “COBERTURA:"
A diferença é trocar a ordem da muçarela para poder gratinar. Então fica dessa forma:
Molho de tomate, presunto, “molho branco”, muçarela, linguiça calabresa e cebola e orégano.
Asse até derreter o queijo. Leva cerca de 25 min, 180°c
