- wheat flour500 g
- warm milk350 ml
- water250 ml
- oil150 ml
- margarine2 tablespoon
- sugar1 tablespoon
- salt1/2 tablespoon
- dry yeast10 g
- Stuffing to taste
- Start by mixing the margarine, yeast and sugar into the warm milk. Warm so as not to kill the yeast
- Then mix the salt in the wheat flour
- And add the two mixtures, and add the oil, and gradually add the water.
- Knead the dough well, it will be very light and airy, knead for 5 min and let it rest for 20 min, portioning approximately 80g into balls
- Let it rest on a mold or countertop sprinkled with cornmeal.
- Open the balls and fill as you like.
- Bake in a medium oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes. If you prefer, add a little lemon.
