  • wheat flour500 g
  • warm milk350 ml
  • water250 ml
  • oil150 ml
  • margarine2 tablespoon
  • sugar1 tablespoon
  • salt1/2 tablespoon
  • dry yeast10 g
  • Stuffing to taste
  1. Start by mixing the margarine, yeast and sugar into the warm milk. Warm so as not to kill the yeast
  2. Then mix the salt in the wheat flour
  3. And add the two mixtures, and add the oil, and gradually add the water.
  4. Knead the dough well, it will be very light and airy, knead for 5 min and let it rest for 20 min, portioning approximately 80g into balls
  5. Let it rest on a mold or countertop sprinkled with cornmeal.
  6. Open the balls and fill as you like.
  7. Bake in a medium oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes. If you prefer, add a little lemon.
