- Potato Starch15 g
- Wheat Flour50 g
- Baking Powder2 teaspoon

- Mix the cheeses with the starch, flour and yeast. Whip the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the dough.
- Roll up the balls, giving them a slight flattening and take them to freeze.
