- Butter/margarine50 g
- Sweet Sprinkle260 g

- Shredded Coconut50 g
- refined sugar100 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Beat the sugar, salt and butter in a mixer until creamy.
- Add the egg, mixing well and then add the grated coconut. Keep adding the sprinkle little by little.
- Now, mix the dough with your hands until it becomes a homogeneous raisin and a bit "crumbly"
- Now, roll it however you want! Grease a baking dish with a little butter, sprinkle with flour and place the breadcrumbs.
