- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oil for frying the dumplings3 cup
- Green Smell to taste
- Blend the rice in a blender until finely ground; Pour the rice into a bowl and add the other ingredients (except the wheat flour); After mixing everything very well, add the wheat flour until you get the point of rolling the buns and they are firm.
- Fry the dumplings in a little hot oil. When golden, remove and let drain on paper towels. Serve while still hot.
