Bater o arroz no liquidificador até ficar bem moído;

Despejar o arroz em uma bacia e acrescentar os demais ingredientes (exceto a farinha de trigo);

Após misturar tudo muito bem, iracres entando a farinha de trigo até dar o ponto de enrolar osbinhos e eles ficarem firmes.


Blend the rice in a blender until finely ground;

Pour the rice into a bowl and add the other ingredients (except the wheat flour);

After mixing everything very well, add the wheat flour until you get the point of rolling the buns and they are firm.


Fritar os bolinhos aospoucos dm óleo quente.

Quando estiverem douradinhos, retirar, deixar escorrer em papel toalha.

Sirva ainda quente.

Fry the dumplings in a little hot oil.

When golden, remove and let drain on paper towels.

Serve while still hot.
