- Lightly beat the egg. Add the flour, salt, yeast and mix.
- Add water little by little. If necessary, add a little more. The dough cannot be liquid. She needs to stay consistent.
- Add the grated cheese and grated pepperoni
- Fry small portions (I used a dessert spoon) and drain on paper towels.
