- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Cheese100 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cut the sausage into slices and cook for 5 minutes, set aside.
- Cook the potatoes, let them cool.
- Knead well, add the powdered milk, cornstarch, salt, pepper, parsley, add a little water, the egg, mix well until it becomes a smooth puree.
- Take the sausage, put the sauce, a little salt, let it cook a little and put it in a refractory.
- Put the puree on top, the cheese and the oregano. Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
