- In a pan with water add the sausage and let it boil After that drain the water and reserve the sausage
- We proceed to the sauce, mince the garlic, add a spoon of oil in another pan, let the garlic brown, add onion, seedless tomatoes and finely chopped peppers
- Add the water and the sauce, let it boil for five minutes, then add the sausage.
- Add salt to taste and leave on low heat until heated through for two minutes and ready to serve.
