Puff pastry300 g

Boil the sausages and cut into 3 parts.
Cut the puff pastry into 2 cm thick strips.
Wrap the puff pastry in the sausages, place on a greased and floured tin.
Brush with the yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden.
