- sausage500 g
- Puff pastry300 g

- Boil the sausages and cut into 3 parts.
- Cut the puff pastry into 2 cm thick strips.
- Wrap the puff pastry in the sausages, place on a greased and floured tin.
- Brush with the yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden.
