  • wheat flour500 g
  • salt1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar3 tablespoon
  • dry yeast10 g
  • warm water200 ml
  • oil70 ml
  • egg1 unit(s)
  1. In the bowl, place the egg, sugar and oil, mix well and then add the yeast, warm water and salt.
  2. Mix a little more, finally add the wheat until you get the point, from 500 to 600 grams of wheat flour.
  3. Knead well, let the dough rest for 1 hour, then roll out the dough and make strips.
  4. Run hot water on the sausages and dry them with a paper towel, wrap it all up with the dough and then cut it in half, so the sausage will make two rolls.
  5. Let them rise until doubled in volume, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes.
