  • Warm Milk250 ml

  • Sugar1 tablespoon

  • Organic Yeast5 g
  1. Who loves a sausage roll 😋😋😋 And it's pretty easy to do 👇🏾 . Way of doing: In the warm milk, add the yeast, mix and wait 5 minutes. After that add all the ingredients except the flour. Gradually add the wheat flour until the dough does not stick to your hands, but be careful not to dry the dough...leave it slightly sticky. . Knead well and let the dough rest (approximately 1 hour) until it doubles in size in a stuffy place, I usually leave the dough covered by a clean cloth inside the oven (if the day is cold, turn the oven on and when it is warm , turn it off and put the dough inside). After that time, on a floured table/bench, roll out the dough into thin strips and roll up the sausage. Unite with the egg yolk mixture and a little water (if you don't like to use the egg, you can make the milk + sugar mixture and brush it on the breads) and bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. . And ready!! It's delicious and it's an easy and quick snack that everyone likes! PS: This is the same dough I also use to make bread!
