  1. Mix the yeast with the wheat flour;
  2. Then add the milk and mix well;
  3. Add the oil, salt, sugar and egg;
  4. Mix well with your hands and knead until you form a very homogeneous and smooth dough;
  5. Divide the dough into two parts and cover with a cloth;
  6. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes;
  7. After this time, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut into strips;
  8. Wrap the sausage pieces in the dough strips
  9. Arrange the rolls on a greased baking sheet;
  10. Brush with the beaten egg over the rolls;
