  1. In a pan with water, bring the sausages to a boil. Then remove them from the pan, and with a paper towel we will dry them. Then put them in the freezer to cool.
  2. In another pan put the milk, water, margarine and salt to taste.
  3. When this mixture is boiling add the wheat and knead the dough with the help of a wooden spoon.
  4. Take this dough and place it on a marble bench, knead until the dough is very smooth.
  5. Take the sausages that were in the freezer.
  6. Take an amount of dough, open with the help of your hand and fit the sausage inside, Important not to have air inside.
  7. Model the curls and don't forget to close the cavities.
  8. With the shaped rolls, pass the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs.
  9. Put oil in a pan and let it heat up well and take the rolls to fry.
  10. Remove from pan once golden. Place on a paper napkin and enjoy.
