sausage500 g
Wheat flour800 g
Milk400 ml
Organic Yeast400 g
grated cheese200 g
Sugar2 tablespoon
Oil2 tablespoon
Egg01 unit(s)
Salt01 coffee spoon

Add the ingredients in a bowl the flour Yeast Sugar Grated cheese and book
Warm the milk to a temperature bearable to the touch and mix it with the ingredients. Mix until the dough does not stick to your hands. Let rest for 30 minutes
While resting, boil the sausage with only water!
Then just open the dough with a roll, wrap the sausage and put it in a shape to bake after all rolled up brush the egg yolk over the rolls to brown!
