  1. Cook the sausages for 5 minutes. Drain the water and let it cool.
  2. Cut the sausages in half to make them thinner, and cut in half lengthways to make them shorter.
  3. Roll out the dough into 8 squares, and cut each square diagonally, forming 2 triangles.
  4. Place 1 piece of sausage in each triangle and roll up. Take it in a non-stick or greased form.
  5. Brush the egg yolk on the rolls and bake until golden.
