Cozinhe as salsichas por 5 minutos. Escorra a água e deixe esfriar.

Cook the sausages for 5 minutes. Drain the water and let it cool.

Corte as salsichas ao meio para ficarem mais fininhas, e corte ao meio no comprimento, para ficarem mais curtas.

Cut the sausages in half to make them thinner, and cut in half lengthways to make them shorter.

Abra a massa em 8 quadrados, e corte cada quadrado na diagonal, formando 2 triângulos.

Roll out the dough into 8 squares, and cut each square diagonally, forming 2 triangles.

Coloque 1 pedaço de salsicha em cada triângulo e  enrole. Leve em uma forma antiaderente ou untada.

Place 1 piece of sausage in each triangle and roll up. Take it in a non-stick or greased form.

Pincele a gema do ovo nos enroladinhos e leve para assar até ficarem dourados.

Brush the egg yolk on the rolls and bake until golden.
