- Cook the sausages for 5 minutes. Drain the water and let it cool.
- Cut the sausages in half to make them thinner, and cut in half lengthways to make them shorter.
- Roll out the dough into 8 squares, and cut each square diagonally, forming 2 triangles.
- Place 1 piece of sausage in each triangle and roll up. Take it in a non-stick or greased form.
- Brush the egg yolk on the rolls and bake until golden.
